Silver
Preventive Maintenance Contracts for ACS Climatic Chambers

  • one preventive maintenance call;
  • two calls at your premises for technical assistance within 48 hours;
  • a 10% discount on spare parts for any replacements necessary during the calls;
  • a 25% discount of the call fee for further visits to chambers included in the contract;
  • a 10% discount in case of modifications or extraordinary servicing/repairs carried out at our premises;
  • chamber control by MyAngel24™ Remote Assistance System (only for suitably configured chambers, upon purchase of the teleservice equipment);

Gold
Preventive Maintenance Contracts for ACS Climatic Chambers

  • two preventive maintenance calls;
  • four calls at your premises for technical assistance within 48 hrs;
  • a 15% discount on spare parts for any replacements necessary during the technical assistance calls;
  • a 25% discount on the call fee for technical assistance calls, also for chambers not included in the contract;
  • a temporary replacement chamber for any equipment being upgraded (subject to availability);
  • a 15% discount on possible modifications or extraordinary servicing/repairs carried out at our premises;
  • chamber control by MyAngel24™ Remote Assistance System (only for suitably configured chambers, upon purchase of the teleservice equipment);

Platinum
Preventive Maintenance Contracts for ACS Climatic Chambers

  • two preventive maintenance calls;
  • an unlimited number of calls at your premises for technical assistance within 48 hours;
  • all necessary spare parts;
  • a 25% discount on the call fee for technical assistance, also on chambers not included in the contract;
  • a temporary replacement chamber for any equipment being upgraded (subject to availability);
  • a 20% discount on possible modifications or extraordinary servicing/repairs carried out at our premises;
  • chamber control by MyAngel24™ Remote Assistance System (only for suitably configured chambers, upon purchase of the teleservice equipment);
  • climatic and corrosion tests carried out at our premises (max. two days) subject to availability of equipment;
