Rain test Chambers
Products are exposed to several atmospheric agents and to changes in temperature and humidity during their service life. Rain also causes a high degree of deterioration.
The rain test chambers carry out tests on products exposed outdoors, even if not regularly, such as lighting equipment, satellite dishes, and vehicles. These products must be able to function reliably while withstanding various rain intensities.
ACS has developed a line of climatic chambers to test the IPX3 and IPX4 protection degree against rain and sprays according to CEI EN 60529 and CEI EN 60068-2-18 standards.
ACS has acquired over the years a vast experience in the testing sector and, thanks to its flexibility, is able to design “customized” chambers to meet any testing requirement and specific customer requirements.

The KeyKratos Plus management software is embedded in the machine in built-in and completely dedicated hardware, which allows the control and management of the chamber functions. The chamber can be accessed remotely to take advantage of the advanced functions (such as the visual creation of thermoclimatic profiles, recordings management and graph analysis) using the WinKratos software that can be installed on a company PC.
Software drivers can be provided on request that allow you to manage the chamber directly from applications created by the customer.
