Maintenance

Three types of maintenance contracts are available, devised for every need: Silver, Gold and Platinum/Full Risk. If the customer’s needs do not fall within this range, ACS will be pleased to develop a tailor-made contract.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (ITALY)

A preventive maintenance contract offer many benefits, including:

  • More time to devote to core business: the customer can concentrate on the activities most important to their company, rather than spending time requesting estimates and making repairs.
  • Better financial planning: the services described in the preventive maintenance contract are payable in predetermined installments, agreed on with the customer, avoiding unforeseen repair costs.
  • Greater product value: the maintenance contract guarantees constant care of the machines and makes it possible to maintain a higher residual value over time thanks to periodic maintenance and checking of the products and their correct functioning.
  • Quick and effective repairs: ACS guarantees excellent assistance service, dedicated to solving the problem in the shortest possible time, thanks also to the remote assistance system.

To provide maximum service to our customers we offer a series of “standard” contracts, which can be further customized to meet specific needs:

Silver Contract

  • One preventive maintenance visit
  • Two technical assistance calls within 48h
  • 10% discount on replacement parts needed during service calls
  • 25% discount on rates for service calls on chambers included in the contract
  • 10% discount on any extraordinary overhauls/repairs or modifications made at our facilities
  • Chamber monitoring through the MyAngel24™ remote service system (upon purchase of the Kit or with chambers already set up for it)

Gold Contract

  • Two preventive maintenance visits
  • Four technical assistance calls within 48h
  • 15% discount on replacement parts needed during service calls
  • 25% discount on rates for service calls on chambers included in the contract
  • “Loaner” chamber if a machine requires overhauling (subject to availability)
  • 15% discount on any extraordinary overhauls/repairs or modifications made at our facilities
  • Chamber monitoring through the MyAngel24™ remote service system (upon purchase of the Kit and only for chambers already set up for it)

Platinum/Full Risk Contract

  • One/Two preventive maintenance visits
  • Unlimited technical assistance calls within 48h
  • All necessary replacement parts
  • 25% discount on rates for service calls on chambers not included in the contract
  • “Loaner” chamber if a machine requires overhauling (subject to availability)
  • 25% discount on any extraordinary overhauls/repairs or modifications made at our facilities
  • Chamber monitoring through the MyAngel24™ remote service system (upon purchase of the Kit and only for chambers already set up for it)
  • 15% discount on any extraordinary overhauls/repairs or modifications made at our facilities
  • Chamber monitoring through the MyAngel24™ remote service system (upon purchase of the Kit and only for chambers already set up for it)
